Danco Coil Tubing Ltd. has been in operation since 2006 and has over 100 years of combined experience

Danco Coil Tubing Ltd. has been serving the Lloydminster area since 2007 and has over 100 years of combined experience. Danco Coil Tubing Ltd. can provide for any coil need, with no job being too big or too small. Danco Coil Tubing Ltd. is committed to a safe work environment; safety is our number one priority.

Danco Coil Tubing’s team consists of Dan Beausoleil (President), Justin Beausoleil (Health and Safety Executive), Marc Beausoleil (General Manager), Mike Cal (Lead Supervisor), Darren Lantz (Intermediate Supervisor), Tyler Lorenz (Supervisor), Johnny Moan (Supervisor), Dayle Landrie (Supervisor). All employees have extensive training and experience in Oil and Gas related environment policies and regulations. We are very confident that our staff will be able to provide in the above services in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.

Danco Coil Tubing Ltd. is proud to be a SECOR certified company with an extensive safety program. We are SECOR certified by ENFORM and we are members of ISNetworld and ComplyWorks. All employees have been trained in safe job procedures to complete all tasks required to perform all jobs safely and effectively. We also ensure all our employees are certified in First Aid, H2S Alive, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Crane & Picker operations, Blow Out Prevention, WHMIS, Common Safety Orientation (CSO) and Confined Space.

The origin of Danco begins with President, Dan Beausoleil. Dan worked on a drilling rig from 1982-1986 out of Brooks, Alberta. Dan moved to Lloydminster, Alberta in 1986 to work on service rigs for Drake Well Services from 1986-1988. Started working for Co-Flex Coil Tubing in 1988. Dan purchased his first coil truck in 1989 and formed Co-Dan Coil Tubing. In 1992 Dan purchased Loisell Coil Tubing out of Bonnyville, Alberta and operated two units until 1996. Co-Dan was bought out by Northline Energy in 1996. Dan stayed on as operation manager for Northline and built operations up to eight coil units. Trican then purchased Northline in 1999. Dan stayed on with Trican as operations manager in the Lloydminster area for four years. Dan then retired in 2003 for one year before being approached by Schlumberger to build two coil units and managed them for three years. Schlumberger decided to get out of small coil. Dan then decided to purchase the two coil units in 2007 and formed Danco Coil Tubing Ltd. Expanded to three coil units, three flushby and a pressure truck soon after. In 2020 Danco purchased a deep hole coil unit capable to do 4000 meter well clean outs with two-inch coil.

Danco is currently lead by the following:

Marc Beausoleil, General Manager
Marc began his oilfield career with cement with Schlumber in 2004 and worked there till 2007, was supervising in 2006. In 2007 Marc joined Danco Coil Tubing and began his coil tubing career. In 2010 Marc became the lead coil supervisor, then in 2012 General Manager.

Justin Beausoleil, Health and Safety Executive
Justin began his oilfield career 2010 working on a flushby for Danco Coil Tubing. In 2011 Justin became a flushby operator. Then in 2012 Justin moved into Coil, which he began supervising in 2013. In 2014 Justin took over the safety development program and has been maintaining Secor certification, ISN and Complyworks.

Darren Lantz, Intermediate Supervisor
Darren has 17 years experience as a coil supervisor, field supervisor and dispatch. Darren has experience running coil up to 2 and 7/8”, fracking, sag D, deep hole pressure gas wells, shallow gas and heavy oil. Darren has experience working in USA from North Dakota to Wyoming to Pennsylvania. Darren also has experience in Ecoil Class 1, 2 and 3. Darren is currently training all other supervisors to become more familiar with Cerbus, Orion, Dart and Fact programs. Darren maintains all safety tickets including SARA, coil and well servicing BOPs, CSO, First Aid CPR, PST, H2S, CST, TDG, Picker and OSSA completions and work overs.

Mike Cal, Lead Supervisor
Mike Cal has a combined 28 years experience of oilfield experience. Mike started his career with service rigs then moved to coil operations to tools and back to coil where he is currently managing completions and abandonments. Mike has 10 years experience in running tools and 18 years experience in coil tubing.
